Message	influence of anime. the fountains of blood are familar to me, i have watched plenty of anime, and i enjoy a lot of it. and i did pick up the undertones such as the "code of the samurai" and the societal comments, but it still didnt' add up to a good movie for me. i'll buy that it closely emulates a anime, just not my style i guess. not enough substance for me.
